Returns and Refunds

At MKE Closet Revival, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your regularly priced item, you can return it for a full refund (minus outbound shipping fees). Just make sure it's unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't accept worn, used, damaged items, or items without original packaging for a refund. Additionally, items marked as Sale, Final Sale, As Is, or falling into non-returnable categories such as undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, shoes, beauty products, Designer items, etc., cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at mkeclosetrevival@gmail.com. Please note that return shipping labels are not provided by MKE Closet Revival, and we do not offer Free Return Shipping on International Orders. Make sure to include the original packaging with your return. Once we receive the package, we'll process the refund within 7 business days. Please be aware that outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Your bank may take some additional time to process the credit.

We want to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If your items are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and its contents, as we'll need them to file a damage claim with the carrier. Claims must be reported immediately by emailing us at mkeclosetrevival@gmail.com, along with images of the damaged products. Unfortunately, claims received after 3 business days of delivery cannot be processed.
